Amendment No. 1 (title amendment) was offered by Representative Coghill: Page 1, line 3: Delete "restore" Insert "honor" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 11(STA)(title am) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHJR 11(STA)(title am) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 11(STA)(title am) pass the House?"
